Thanks for your suggestion. We will consider whether it fits with our concept of the app.
2  Sciral / Sciral Consistency Q&A / Re: Showing day and date on top line? on: October 10, 2010, 06:17:36 PM
Maybe the version of Wine you have installed doesn't properly support rotated text.
3  Sciral / Sciral Consistency Feature Requests / Re: Change a task's schedule on the iPhone on: February 07, 2010, 04:31:35 PM
This can be done.

Start Consistency. Tap the Info icon on the taskbar (at the bottom) to view the About Consistency page. Tap on the entry "Multiple Target Ranges On A Single Task" and then follow the instructions "To start a new target range on a given day."
4  Sciral / Sciral Consistency Feature Requests / Re: Notes per task on: November 08, 2009, 04:25:54 PM
That is on our list of new features for Consistency. We are hoping to release a new version of Consistency next year after we wrap-up a new major release of our other main product, Flying Logic.
5  Sciral / Sciral Consistency Q&A / Re: Issue with Sciral Consistency for iPhone on: September 24, 2009, 03:00:17 PM
Let's see if I can help.

When you start Consistency on the iPhone for the first time you should see a page titled "Consistency" with the Consistency logo in the upper-left corner and a list of four contexts (a.k.a. documents): Work, Home, Gym and Out. This is the context page.

Create a new context by pressing the plus (+) icon in the lower-left corner. Name the new context "Example" and tap Save. Tap the new Example context to go to the task list for Example, which will initially be empty. You will know you are on the correct page because the title of the page will be "Example" and dates will appear below this title.

Create a new task by pressing the plus (+) icon in the lower-left corner. Name the new task "Try" and tap Save.

To test marking a task as complete, tap the square for today in the Try row. A star should appear.

Do all these steps work for you?

Now, to prevent the task saving bug from happening, press the iPhone's Home button to exit Consistency. Then, start Consistency again. The program should open in the Example context and the Try task should still be there. Everything should work OK now.

To remove this Example context, press the back button (labeled "Consistency") in the upper-left corner to return to the context (document) page. You can now delete the Example context by tapping the Edit button and then tapping the red minus button next to Example. Tap Delete and then Done.

I hope this helps.

As Robert mentioned in a previous post, a new version of iPhone Consistency with a fix for the save bug will be available shortly.
6  Sciral / Sciral Consistency Q&A / Re: Mac OS 10.6 Snow Leopard Compatibility? on: September 06, 2009, 03:48:26 PM
A new version of Sciral Consistency with Snow Leopard support is currently in test. If all goes well it will be available to download sometime in the next week.
7  Sciral / News and Announcements / Sciral Consistency 1.1.7 for Windows on: July 21, 2009, 09:38:54 AM
This version fixes a problem with sharing documents between the Windows and iPhone releases of Sciral Consistency.

Documents created with the 1.1.7 version cannot be read by previous Windows versions, so update all your copies on your Windows computers before moving documents around.
8  Sciral / Sciral Consistency Feature Requests / Re: Caret under Task Start Date should default to day field on: September 26, 2008, 10:53:40 PM
This is the Mac version, right?
9  Sciral / Sciral Consistency Feature Requests / Re: HTML export and my take on existing requests on: August 18, 2008, 08:39:43 PM
It should be possible to convert the XML of the save files to HTML, but the "DayData" value is not currently documented. This is where the task completion information is stored. If someone seriously wants to write a conversion program/tool/etc., we might find the time to document the format of the DayData value.

Skipping particular days (weekends, holidays, etc.) is on our enhancement list.
10  Sciral / Sciral Consistency Feature Requests / Re: Pocket Pc Version? on: August 18, 2008, 08:28:06 PM
We are still considering developing a PocketPC/Smartphone version, but it's not our highest priority at this time.

12  Sciral / Sciral Consistency Q&A / Re: Sciral opening email files on: March 10, 2008, 08:40:00 AM
The size is right. I wanted to make sure that it hadn't been infected by a virus or something. Thanks for the info.
13  Sciral / Sciral Consistency Q&A / Re: Sciral opening email files on: March 06, 2008, 05:11:59 PM
We have been unable to duplicate this problem here using Process Monitor (the successor to filemon). Analysis of the code shows that Consistency does not perform directory scans.

Could you locate the file "consistency.exe" on your system and determine its file size by right-clicking on the file's icon and selecting "Properties"? I want to be sure you have the right version of the program.
14  Sciral / Sciral Consistency Q&A / Re: Sciral opening email files on: March 04, 2008, 05:26:26 PM
There is no reason Consistency should be doing that. Do you know if this is happening only when the program starts? The output from filemon you provided indicates this only is happening for a short time period (a couple of seconds).
15  Sciral / Sciral Consistency Q&A / Re: Lost Licenses on: December 21, 2007, 02:17:20 PM
Please send an email to support@sciral.com with your name and the email address you used when you ordered the product. We will then you send the registration information.
