I would like to be able to change the minimum and maximum days between completions of a task on the iPhone. Sometimes when I create a task, my guess at the proper schedule is a rough guess (how often can I comfortably work out?), and is often wrong. It seems the only way to correct this is to recreate the task.

This can be done.

Start Consistency. Tap the Info icon on the taskbar (at the bottom) to view the About Consistency page. Tap on the entry "Multiple Target Ranges On A Single Task" and then follow the instructions "To start a new target range on a given day."
